@radeleince the machine has a safety where you need to press two buttons underneath with both hands in order for the blade to come down. of course that's not shown in the video

@serdalgursoy298 @cornd0w0g @radeleince The pedal lowers the clamp, but doesn’t allow for full pressure until the two switches are engaged. Even at reduced pressure, it still comes down at hundreds of lbs of psi, which more than enough to pull the meat off a digit that gets stuck under it.
