@EE hi. I’m deaf so I can’t call you. I paid my bill on 31 December. My service still hasn’t been restored. It shows on my bank statement. But still showing as overdue on the EE app. Help.

Hi Katie. This is odd. I would recommend restarting the phone as this can often help. If needed you can reach out to our team via the Text Relay service.
