Doing 5’s. 5 minutes each: Treadmill-stair climber (yes it’s a thing), and stationary bike. 5 each: push-ups, sit-ups, goblet squats. 5 cycles: bench jump, box steps, 10 kettlebell swings.

22lr is a lazy caliber choice for those that don't know better. I know your granddad's granddad said it's the best for training, but I've seen many times where people shoot 22 and crumble when faced with 9mm. 22lr is for shooting cans on stumps. At least I'm honest about it.
