This guy was planning to get married to this girl. A guy he knows, though they are not really friends, called him and sent him a recorded video call in which the girl was showing her bresss and kpekus, and told him, “Look at what you’re getting married to.”
He dated the girl online when he was abroad.
Did the guy do the right thing, or should he have minded his business?

@042Duke Exactly. Once full payment is made, it’s no longer a “reservation” it’s a completed sale. The seller is simply holding the buyer’s property, so the proper action is to release the cement as agreed.
English

A man bought 150 bags of cement in January and told the seller he would return in two weeks to pick them up. Unfortunately, he didn’t return until 4 months later. By then, the price of cement had increased from ₦8,000 to ₦12,000 per bag.
When he came back requesting his cement, the seller refused, saying the price had gone up. The buyer then got him arrested, but after going to the police station, they were advised to settle it themselves.
Now judge this fairly: should the seller release the 150 bags of cement, or refund the buyer’s money with interest? Honest answers only.
