Really disappointing service at @dominos_india, Saguna Khagaul Rd, Patna. Ignored at counter for 10 mins, then rude behavior + argument by staff (Shivani involved). This is unacceptable. Sharing proof. Need immediate action.

It’s 27 feb and my issue is STILL unresolved. @MyntraSupport keeps messaging but no actual action. Return wrongly rejected,no pickup, no resolution.

Still no response from @MyntraSupport even after raising a genuine issue publicly. Return was wrongly rejected, multiple follow-ups made, and now complete silence. Is this the level of customer service Myntra stands for? Customers shouldn’t have to chase endlessly for the issue.

@JioMart_Support delivered a missing item and a completely damaged product.Complaint was raised within 10minutes and replacement promised by 30th Jan. Instead of resolving it,they simply marked it “Resolved”on the app without a call or delivery.Why close tickets without action?
Just checked an Axis Bank Life Insurance plan where they clearly said “we won’t spam you.” Entered my number anyway. Within 3–4 hours, got 3–4 calls.
When I pointed this out, the agent said, “Sir, then don’t put your number next time.”
