Richard Childress Racing has elected to suspend use of the No. 8 and will run the No. 33 at Charlotte Motor Speedway and beyond. Kyle Busch was instrumental in the design of RCR’s stylized No. 8 and it has become synonymous with Kyle and an important symbol for his fans and the NASCAR industry. No one can carry it forward to the level that he did. The No. 8 is reserved and ready for Brexton Busch when he is ready to go NASCAR racing.

We are saddened to learn that two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch has died at the age of 41. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

Un conductor de motocicleta supuestamente perdió la vida tras un incidente registrado con un agente de la Dirección General de Seguridad de Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre (DIGESETT). Según la denuncia de testigos presenciales, el hecho ocurrió cuando el motociclista presuntamente transitaba en dirección contraria y fue interceptado por el oficial, quien habría utilizado su vara de reglamento para intentar detener la marcha del vehículo. De acuerdo con la versión de las personas que presenciaron el suceso, el contacto físico provocado por la supuesta acción del agente técnico causó que el conductor perdiera el control de la motocicleta, impactando de manera violenta contra el pavimento. Hard work pays off. A convenience store owner in Staten Island awards students based on grades. Children bring in their report cards and he gives them items from his store for working hard in their classes. Mariah, a fourth grader, can barely look over the counter but she shows the store owner her report card and her Student of the Month certificate. The generous store owner allows her to choose items from the store. When Mariah brings several things to the counter he asks, “Is that all you want?” The grading system is 1=Rarely,2=Sometimes,3=Usually, 4=Always. If Mariah achieves mostly fours, she will receive $100.00 from. The grading systems are different today, but this store owner gets an A+ and way to go Mariah!!!

Kyle Busch seemingly did not appreciate the comments on Denny Hamlin’s podcast.

On August 8, 1982, a line drive foul ball hit a four year old boy in the head at Fenway Park. Jim Rice, realizing it would take EMTs too long to arrive and cut through the crowd, sprang from the dugout and scooped up the boy... He laid the boy gently on the dugout floor, where the Red Sox medical team began to treat him. When the boy arrived at the hospital thirty minutes later, doctors said, without a doubt, that Jim's prompt actions saved the boy's life. Jim returned to the game in a blood-stained uniform. A true badge of courage. After visiting the boy in the hospital, and realizing the family was of modest means, he stopped by the business office and instructed that the bill be sent to him. This is what a real sports hero looks like. "Love is patient. Love is kind." Thank you Jim Rice for who you are and for all you do.
