@cogecohelps Thank you for the response. This doesn’t help users who are not subscribed to TiVo or Epico. Is Cogeco offering any refund for subscribers who haven’t been able to stream Sportsnet for the past week +?

@0711bjv Merely suggested as potential a stopgap. Also, if you subscribe to TiVo or Epico, once a recording commences on the set-top-box, you can begin to view that recording on your TiVo or Epico mobile apps, to further achieve some mobility. ^Steven

@cogecohelps @cogeco Can you please let your subscribers know when we will be able to log into the @Sportsnet App again. This has been an issue for over a week. Please update so I know whether I should be cancelling by Cogeco subscription before missing more @NHL @BlueJays games

@cogecohelps That’s great but doesn’t help w/ watching @Sportsnet through the app when not home. The only reason I’ve remained loyal to Cogeco is because of the ability to watch at home as well as stream while out of the house through my cable plan. The lack of clarity on ETR is frustrating
