Devlet hiç bir görevini yerine getirmese de vergilerini eksiksiz alır. Memurlar, hiç bir performans göstermeseler de saatinde işbaşında oldukları sürece maaşlarını alırlar. Bu verimsizlikten dolayı memur olmak için bekleyen yüzbinlerce insan var.
Memurlar benim ücretimi artırmazsan istifa ederim diyemiyorlar. Çünkü yerlerini doldurmak için bekleyen bir ordu insan var. Gitgide tüm memurlar daha vasıfsız hale geliyor. Buna hakimler, öğretmenler, polisler dahil.
