@BootsUK how long do you take to respond to complaints? Nearly 20 days and not even an acknowledgement from you




@BootsUK you cancelled my order and said I won’t be charged but the amount is still sat as pre authorised in my bank account.

@BootsUK your back end customer services for online orders is a disgrace. Where is a DIRECT email address or phone number? No one has the time or energy to deal with a damn chatbot that goes round in perpetual circles.



@BootsUK picked up an order in store. Just opened and their is an item missing from a pack of eau de toilettes. What do I do ? Thank you

@BootsUK ordered 7 items on the 24th December with a delivery date of tomorrow. Just got an email to say that you have cancelled 6 of them. What’s the point of ordering online when you don’t have the stock??
