@BootsUK your back end customer services for online orders is a disgrace. Where is a DIRECT email address or phone number? No one has the time or energy to deal with a damn chatbot that goes round in perpetual circles.

@BootsUK heating is broken at the Telford retail park Boots and the staff are made to work during a snow blizzard - doesn’t seem fair. Staff having to wrap up in coats
