@SouthernRailUK It was because your 18:00 from lancing to Brighton was severely delayed it occurred and resulted in a platform full of passengers having to wait even longer in the rain

@SouthernRailUK Staff just told us no it left at 14:12 instead but no mention of this on the national rail app and were told by staff at lancing station that they don’t deal with updates
