@VCTScrims A trio in high elo working together would have too much influence over the game, and that becomes really imbalanced if the other team don’t have a trio. they do it in league too, only solo q in high elo. I think in valo there’s just less players too so would make queues longer

Carbohydrates don’t cause weight gain. We are high-carbohydrate creatures, which is why the body uses glucose first for energy. Our brains also run primarily on carbohydrates.

@AlenaNazarova_ When carbs are low, the body can create glucose on its own without any dietarys glucose and the Brain only needs a tiny amount. The fact humans can survive on a zero carbohydrate diet but will die without protein and fat should be a pretty big hint to what’s the optimal diet
