You are conflating two different things. One of the reasons Kenyans thrive abroad because their systems reward hardwork. In the context of managing a nuclear power plant, our procurement, hiring, maintenance processes are corrupt. If simple projects like building expressways and railway lines are being done by foreigners, you expect complex projects to be managed by Kenyans? When we start rewarding people on merit basis is the day we clean house
