Rules are clear: ✅ 1st breach = 50% split ❌ 2nd breach = Account gone My mistake for not reading the T&Cs properly 😅 NOTE: you are not suppose to have up to 2% loss in your open trade Lesson learnt. @0nly1crypt It's not cashew nuts. The context here is that, excess calories can make you gain weight. Extra weight/fat on your body makes you vulnerable to different diseases and ailments. So staying fit mentally and physically requires discipline.

I hope you are not eating anything again today? You won't believe the amout of calories in what you've consumed so far. 😏

I think I explained that, at times you can catch them in the river. Especially the one with open sea access, just like Red snapper or shinenouse, they can enter the creek and you can catch them there. So, someone that catch them there may think they are river fish, whereas they are not. So that's what I'm trying to say. I don't know if that expression above is not clear enough.

This fish you're holding is called NATE (Ray fish), it's highly nutritious. It's usually gotten from the ocean, but in bar mouth where there are openings to the ocean, they can enter the creek through this route If you want to prepare it, especially for fresh one like this, there's need to pour hot water. Because the fish is slimy, you may not enjoy the soup if not properly parboiled with the water. Moreso, in ilaje cuisine. Fresh Nate are usually cooked with bitter leaf, marugbo leaf to bring the taste out. Cooking the fish with just fresh pepper, tomatoes without the leaf may reduced the taste of the fish. But in general, you're holding one of the best fish from the ocean. I have a video of prepared one for soup here.
