tip 6: starting fasts in the afternoon i start mine around 4-6 pm after i eat dinner or a snack to keep be going through my fast, by the time i wake up to get ready for schools its already been around 10-12 hours and by the time schools over its been nearly 18-20

tip 3: food/thought tampering if im tempted to eat something i imagine fruit flies or actual flies on it or the person who prepared it (like in fast food or a restaurant) didnt wash their hands or spit in it to kill that craving
