@0toSwift I’ve thought a lot about this for many examples in the book too.
I decided that it’s clearer to explicitly set Booleans to true so the reader knows it’s this value that is changing the UI.
@ios_dev_alb For me learning just the basics of Swift was enough. I then began @twostraws#100DaysOfSwiftUI referring back to Apple Swift Docs when I wanted to get a firmer understanding of a particular area of Swift.
@ios_dev_alb I wouldn’t say it’s a good for iOS development as docs don’t cover UIKit or SwiftUI elements. Instead it focuses solely on the Swift language which for me is used to further my understanding once I’ve got the basics under my belt.
