Does this task look easy but gets confusing once you start? 😅
You’re not alone.
What usually causes confusion:
• Thinking you need to type the product name
• Not finding any input field to write an answer
• Being unable to bold text when using a mobile browser
Here’s how to do it correctly:
• You don’t need to type anything at all
• Simply bold the main product directly inside the email text
• Make sure the product you bold is the one actually purchased (not an accessory)
• Read the entire email so you don’t pick the wrong product
• The safest way is to complete this task on PC
If you’re using a phone, Mozilla Firefox works as a workaround
• Log in with the same email, bold the text, then continue the process as usual

At first glance, this task looks simple, but it’s actually used to train AI to understand the relationship between customer complaints and products based on the full email context - not just keywords Through this task, I get a clearer picture of the AI data annotation system being built by Perle Labs I’ll share how to complete this task properly in the next post.
