Throughout my 4+ years in crypto, I witnessed many protocols led by different marketing leads across countless GTM strategies and outcomes. Had a chance to speak with @speicherx over coffee, and she has all of it. It’s not surprising how she’s playing a significant role in driving growth alongside a very capable team. And honestly, one of the reasons i’m very supportive here (on top of their strong execution) is how @mETHProtocol's team stands out with a strong all-star lineup. Today, mETH Protocol stands as one of the industry leaders in LRT across innovation, distribution and institutional participation and that doesn’t happen by chance. It comes down to a few key factors that goes hand-in-hand: 1⃣ Strong team background with capable leads + technical depth 2⃣ Effective GTM execution with consistent iteration 3⃣ Distribution leverage esp. through @Mantle_Official and @Bybit_Official This is akin to a "all the stars are aligning" moment where existing metrics are already signalling further strong growth trajectory. Joined Day 0 as the only marketing hire on the team, and now building with a tight-knit team of two: - 10+ multi-million dollar GTM campaigns across onchain ecosystems including HyperEVM, spanning 20+ partner integrations - New protocol-level launches like our cmETH hybrid token structure, Fixed Yield Vault, and our latest Buffer Pool Upgrade - 6+ spot, collateral, and product listings on Bybit and Kraken, putting mETH in front of millions of users globally - 8+ institutional integrations across Copper, Fireblocks, Anchorage, and OSL, with presence on public company balance sheets, onchain treasuries, and private funds including Mantle Index Four - 40,000+ member growth across every touchpoint (𝕏 saw 2.6M+ impressions and 120K+ engagements in the last year alone), with a full content engine of 90+ blogs, 50+ livestreams, core team interviews, and research co-productions including Messari and Four Pillars - 2+ protocol revamps and website redesign: built the full wireframe, content architecture, and visual identity from the ground up - Spoke on panels globally including Sydney Policy Week, with on-the-ground coverage of side events in Dubai and Singapore, one alongside World Liberty Fi during Token2049 week What began as an incubated liquid staking protocol finding its foothold has grown into an onchain powerhouse now targeting institutional capital. It's been an eventful journey building proof points before the numbers are big enough to speak for themselves. From refining the language from a DeFi-native staking product to an ETH liquidity infrastructure layer, making it land with retail and institutions in the same breath. Grateful for the opportunities and an amazing team to learn from. I can't wait to expand further in 2026, so much more to build!

Buffer Pool Weekly Update: Mar. 3 – Mar. 9, 2026 - 1,254 ETH in outflows - No new validators created this week - 689 validators currently waiting in queue to be created Full report below.

Our Buffer Pool upgrade is a milestone the team is proud of, with 77,500+ ETH in cumulative inflows since January. As financial institutions began entering the space, liquidity and redemption predictability quickly became key onboarding concerns. This risk was evident when the direct unstake queue reached a ~40-day waiting period last September. With the Buffer Pool in place, there is far less reliance on the direct unstaking queue, as its hybrid structure allocates a portion of TVL to Aave Labs, allowing for blended yield and redemptions within ~24 hours under normal capacity.
