You’ve probably predicted major things before — fuel prices rising, the Naira dropping, elections playing out a certain way… and you were right. But being right didn’t pay you... That’s the gap @baysemarkets is filling. Instead of just debating what will happen, you can actually trade your predictions on real-world events. _ @baysemarkets @SuperteamNG @solana @Harri_obi

there'll be disruption of white collar jobs. the irony: the tech glitterati probably discount the fact that the timespan between a rank-and-file accountant or graphic designer getting axed, and them is a matter of quarters through a few short years, rather than up in the air, or unknown i'm sorry, but you managing four guys writing nextJS apps and a serverless repo isn't the moat you think it might be. more interesting distinction is people who have at least an ankle in the capital class vs labor

tech twitter is the 1% in the k shaped economy and everyone else is like an uncontacted tribe that lives off Mamdani's ubi and government subsidies

just read something that makes me think monad layoffs likely to happen by Q2 next year if it isn't already up for discussion already. not trying to be malicious, but this seems to be the pipeline for projects that are unable to kick things right off the bat; esp for a project

Forbes Just Covered OpenMind’s Robot App Store! Just finished reading a Forbes article about @openmind_agi’s robot app store, and this is one of those moments where robotics starts to feel very real, very fast. 🔗 forbes.com/sites/johnkoet… Last December, Unitree launched the first robot app store. Now OpenMind is rolling out its own app store on OM1, where devs can build apps that work across different robots like humanoids and quadrupeds. The easiest way to think about it is like a phone. If you want to watch videos, you download YouTube. If you want to chat, you install WhatsApp. Same idea here. You will be able to download apps to give your robot new skills whenever you need them. What really caught my attention is the partner lineup. They already have big players like UBtech, Agibot, Deep Robotics, Fourier, Booster, Dobot, LimX, and Magic Lab. That is a solid list of real hardware companies, which is exactly what an early ecosystem needs. Most of the apps right now are still experimental, which makes sense. There are security companion tools, daily task helpers, and some fun early builds. It reminds me a lot of the early mobile app store days where the potential was obvious but the quality was still catching up. The bigger shift is this: Robots are no longer stuck with just the skills they ship with. Their abilities can keep growing through software, so long term value moves more toward apps and skills, not just the hardware itself. The app store is already live here if you want to explore what developers are building: portal.openmind.org/app-store Still very early, but this is exactly the direction that can turn robots into real, upgradable platforms. Super bullish on where this goes.

tbh post should be titled: "i’ve decided i won’t use my brain and just follow ct sheep" and here’s why: "the $robo val is too high for such an emerging narrative. if VCs are in at $200m, retail should get a much lower entry, maybe $100m" > seen so many ppl use "emerging narrative" then write "i genuinely believe" at start. anyway, ignoring that. re val, "maybe $100m". why not 50? why not 150? here investor vs public val diff is 2x. but u missed fact u get 100% unlock at tge. investors have 12m cliff + 36m linear vesting. means u can sell all tokens immediately. that's why val is higher. spoiler: public sale always higher val than investors. unlike project i roasted before, diff here is 2x, not 10x. "there’s no airdrop announcement. launching a presale at a high fdv without any community incentive doesn’t look good" > re "there’s no airdrop announcement": oh yeah, let projects announce it directly so everyone can sybil it to death. jokes aside, it's totally normal for project to stay silent. everyone knows if there's points or badges, drop is likely (not 100% but still). fun fact: if u were smarter and dug deeper instead of surface-level look, u wouldn't claim "no info on community incentive". "the minimum pledge is too high. $100 would’ve been more fair for average users" > re "minimum pledge is too high": honestly won't even say anything here. just leaving this screenshot. u can easily verify this. just look at terms of another sale, specifically Bitway. left screenshot below. "kaito launchpad has a bad track record for presales. the data is already there" > this is probably only semi-reasoned thought in post. can't say anything here, won't dispute.

i’ve decided i won’t be an EXIT LIQUIDITY in the @openmind_agi public sale i genuinely believes in robotics and openmind, but few things don’t sit right with me here’s why: > the $robo val is too high for such an emerging narrative. if VCs are in at $200m, retail should get a much lower entry, maybe $100m > there’s no airdrop announcement. launching a presale at a high fdv without any community incentive doesn’t look good > the minimum pledge is too high. $100 would’ve been more fair for average users > kaito launchpad has a bad track record for presales. the data is already there these are just my reasons, and i hope the team makes changes that are fair to the community good luck if you’re participating

calls to question team's judgement due to past ICO performances (if I could influence, i would opt for something different) but like I said, judge the project on its merit. certain they will still do an airdrop (SaharaAI did a sale and a decent airdrop even though token is

here's where I first mentioned @openmind_agi will conduct a presale. wasn't hard to figure out cos it was the prevalent meta at the time. Every project that launched a social campaign on kaito had a followup presale. However, the mistake the guys complaining about 'high fdv'
