Mold/pathogen detox - when you do a ton of blood work 1 thing you check is mold/metals/pathogens/gut These little buggers cause all sorts of problems. Sleep, brain fog, histamine issues/leaky gut (me). To detox you take a bunch of “releasers” that push them into your body, then sauna/sweating n binders to get them out. I have been enjoying the personal growth videos! Even though I am suffering from a lack of energy in the morning (due to depression) your videos have motivated me to try hard to wake up earlier in the morning and be more active. Cold showers is also something that has been a positive in my life. They make me more focused, wake me up and stop the stress building up in the morning. When I get more used to waking up early I will slowly be adding exercises and meditation.

I am getting about half the views on my new "personal growth" videos as I did in crypto. And all I have to say is "wow thanks!" I always wanted to convert my channel to a personal journal that helps young men "grow up", realize their potential and avoid the mistakes I made. But I was a tad worried after we were focused on crypto ONLY for so long. To see so many stick around and my new style of content being well received is amazing. Getting 150k-200k+ views on content I think is incredibly important and passionate is extremely fulfilling. So again thank you. I got a 2-3 vids a week coming in a steady stream after this. Had a pretty shit day today. Landed wrong in BJJ Monday. Bruised rib. Wasted tons of time at CareNows for X-Ray. Limited mobility for a week or two in gym. Still hit every part of my daily routine. Not 1 cheat Its not who you are when it's easy, its who you are when its hard
