Updated on my Suiplay refund Active been stucked for days without reply from @SuiPlay for requesting refund for 9 of my devices I received a reply after like an hour of making this tweet👇🏼. Now they said my refund is under active review and they will update me if they make progress ( 4 days in I am still waiting) I am currious to know why the long Bureaucracy, this is web3 for goodness sake > send a refund request - wait days for reply( if you are lucky to get one) > request Review - take more days > Refund - more days of endless waiting In my own case I might be lucky I have a platform to voice my complain, what about other users who dont?
