- Now on "Trade items (buy/sell) with other players worth 50 gold each week". You can buy 1 fishing rod daily (costs 1.5 gold), that's 10.5 gold immediately. Then the rest of your catches (especially rare ones) can be sold on the market for additional sales (for visa only).

Pixiland Transition to Web2 — Web3 Paused Indefinitely Dear Pixilanders, Pixiland has been built and operated for nearly 2 years. Throughout this journey, we’ve done everything we could to ship features, improve the game, and keep Pixiland alive as a small independent team bootstrapped with limited resources. Due to ongoing market volatility, increasing regulatory uncertainty / compliance requirements, and limited remaining resources, sustaining the Web3 model long-term has become extremely challenging. To keep Pixiland running in the most stable and sustainable way possible, we have decided to: ✅ Pause Web3 Indefinitely & Transition to Web2 (Offchain) Key Updates: - Pixiland will transition to a fully offchain (Web2) model - There will be no TGE and no token listing plans - All in-game purchases and payment gateways will be disabled - wPixi will be automatically converted into GEM at a fixed 10:1 in-game ratio (10 wPixi = 1 GEM) (GEM is Pixiland’s existing in-game currency and has no cash value, is not withdrawable, and is not convertible to any token.) - Players will withdraw all NFTs back to their own wallets — Pixiland does not custody user NFTs (NFT benefits will be manually claimed 1:1 to the player’s in-game account via a one-time claim) ✅ Transition Schedule Effective immediately from the time of this announcement (January 15, 2026 12:00 UTC): - No new Web3 features will be developed - The shop will be disabled - All cryptocurrency top-ups/payments will be disabled - All NFT minting and NFT deposit features will be disabled - Neighborhood will be disabled (any remaining pending rewards will be automatically credited to your in-game balance) - All land-related services will use GEM instead of cryptocurrencies February 1, 2025 00:00 UTC (latest): - Pixiland will be updated to the Web2 (offchain) version. - One-time NFT claming will be available to generate a 1:1 offchain in-game copy of your NFTs. - All wPixi balances will be automatically converted to GEM at a 10:1 ratio (10 wPixi = 1 GEM) March 1, 2025 00:00 UTC: - The dashboard service will end. Players will no longer be able to map NFTs, withdraw NFTs, or manage remaining token balances via the dashboard. ✅ Ongoing Support (Web2) Pixiland will remain online as a Web2-only game. During this phase, we will prioritize: - Keeping servers stable - Fixing critical issues if needed Due to limited operational resources, no major content updates are promised. I need to sell everything in the upcoming weeks Kinda sad about it, but my health goes first. After 4 years of being chronically ill, misdiagnosed and getting the wrong treatments/therapies. I decided to go for a second opinion. But this time I will make sure I will get a full body check. No matter the costs, I need to try everything. To be honest I’m afraid of what they might find, as I never had any proper research done. Scared to have an auto-immune disease, something wrong in my nerve system or worse. But hoping that once they found something, it can be treated. I am experiencing intense pain 24/7, as if I’m constantly being hit by lightning strikes. I can barely walk and am wheelchair bound because walking or moving extremely hurts. Painkillers do not help. It is incredibly difficult for me to live a “normal” life as I am dependent on others. To wash me, make me food etc. When this all started, I’ve had a bloodtest done, my inflammation levels were a bit on the high side, but not alarming. This is all they ever checked. I was send to a rheumatologist, they pressed on a few spots on my body and diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. Last time when I asked for help, they wanted me to get hospitalized in this facility where I would get a specialized team around me for therapy. However I was not eligible because I wasn’t independent enough to stay there. As a result the doctors told me that I needed to accept that this will be my life now. I can’t live with that. I can’t live with them claiming this is all in my head. I can’t live with the fact that there has been no proper research done. I can’t live with the fact that this is it. So, enough is enough. Trying to stay positive, I will find my way back up. Physically, mentally and financially.
