Funny how when you backtest there's an A+ trade every few days but when you're trading live you're executing more than usual on a daily basis..

In trading you need an edge that doesnt mean it's the only focus, your professional mindset is everything and the only way to learn is through others experiences and instant implementation.

typical traders go through the exercise of convincing themselves that they're right before they get into a trade, because teh alternative (being wrong) is simply unnacceptable.

Defining a trade as a winner makes us think the trafe has no risk. Therefore we over risk.

don't read trading books, read sport psychology books. this will help with your performance as a trader

Found out I have ADHD and been doing a lot of research

if you're funded $1m would you really develop a system a bit worse? what's the reason for not developing a consistent strategy with lower trade frequency?

You need to do trial and error on a PROVEN trading system with a proper set win rate and risk to reward. GET A MENTOR. Worse case scenario you learn how not to get scammed again and then get the right mentors. Everything is about trial and error and getting better each day
