What would you say the average income was for those who were laid off? Assuming they were largely analysts making like $85-$100k, they are probably renters. What will scare me more is if legislation is passed to restrict institutional buyers of SFRs because while I hate Blackrock, they are certainly helping soak supply and control inventory. Yeah if people are losing their jobs and savings while rates stay high, they aren’t going to be very eager to get out of their 3% fixed they got back in 2021. The techies that are losing their jobs to AI right now are in cities and are largely renters. I think we still have another 2+ years before housing crisis is really in the horizon.

The funny part is ive actually come around to creator fees being good for some coins at least. Projects like lobstar psyopanime and shape store have proved this to me. However still think for "viral runners" a OG fee style option would be dope.

People will sadly never learn.
