Completed my @tryfomo 5k -> 100k challenge ✅ Took about 1 month exactly had a few normie friends tail me through the app and were able to enjoy wins together It definitely makes trading a lot more fun!

Halfway through my 5k -> 100k challenge on @tryfomo Been ~4 weeks and market conditions were absolutely brutal Need to stay extremely locked in and couldn’t afford to punt/tilt at all Paper handed a lot of things because of this but it’s the best way to preserve capital when doing challenges like this

my friend showed me this reel of a girl gambling her paycheck until she became a millionaire she lost a $60k bet in blackjack, which for someone making $17/hour on her paystubs, is basically everything at first I had the typical “what a fucking degen” ”such a dumb thing to do” reaction but the more I think about it, she’s lowkey a genius she will either 1) somehow become a millionaire gambling or 2) make multiples more money being a gambling content creator

The reaction to the Citrini article tells you that no one has a clue whats going on. You’re telling me that hedge fund PMs read it, panicked, and then billions of dollars shorted off the back of this? No one has any real takes right now because the world is changing so rapidly. Everyone is in short term trades. The only constant will be volatility.

@izebel_eth Hard to say on real estate. Most white collar workers prob own the avg 3-5M 2500-3500 sq ft house in Palo alto true winners of AI are buying big (8figs+) plus worth of real estate while the rest of the land could completely crash

other bags that should do well in ai-pocalypse grail tier 1 city real estate - capital will aggregate power law to the owners of capital/compute/etc. the best areas will go to infinity first edition charizards (or other grail scarce collectibles) - grail collectibles always squeeze the hardest, its just tricky knowing if you have a grail or a fad. pick og charizards so you dont have to think

if you read citrinis piece and found yourself nodding along, may i introduce you to , as seen in 2028 bitcoin - if you agree in both nominal gdp up on productivity gains yet 0 discretionary spend, that money has to go somewhere, usually into assets. global attn schelling pt asset that ai can self custody stablecoins (sky) - directly mentioned as ais transaction method of choice decentralized exchanges (hl & lit) - again gdp up but discretionary down = more investment and speculation, as has been happening for the last 10 years. decentralized exchanges are also the most credible way for ai agents to express views, since speculation is by far the most efficient expression of intelligence to resources

best card for most is RH gold, get 3% cash back I am an incorrigible credit card optimizer. I enjoy juggling multiple cards and knowing which card to use out for which purchase. But it’s like a game that I enjoy that maybe saves me a few thousand bucks a year- not worth the mental bandwidth for most.

I keep playing through the potential outcomes over the coming months and I have a very difficult time painting a bull case for the dollar. I expect: 1. Monetary policy divergence widens (more dovish US vs RoW/Japan) 2. Capital flight risk as better growth in RoW and non-US both bond and equity markets more attractive 3. Concentration risk in US AI capex trade with growing risk to a deceleration in spending RoC and political headwinds to the narrative I am not playing FX outright (I'd be long Yen if I had to pick), but prefer to express these views through other assets.
