@SuhailKakar that matric is not alone, analyst should uses at least 3: reach, retention, and revenue. active address just one of reach, while we have to see the retention and revenue

number of active addresses are one of the most misleading and useless metrics in blockchain. here is a 40 line code that can generate 50 million 'active' addresses, each making transactions onchain

We need to understand how scary this risk is from our supervisor's perspective, baik untuk program di dalam Indo maupun di luar Indo. I didn't have one back then, and had a couple of years in my career journey "reset" due to this. All the above is why I always consider, above all else, a PhD to be a test of perseverance.

Lalu digembok beberapa lapis sama dia. Setelah itu dia pergi. *** "Halo mas, rumah mas saya bobol, semua dokumen penting Mas saya masukin peti besi, masih ada di sana kan?" "Hah? Oh iya ini ada peti besi. Gimana bukanya mas?" "Kunci gemboknya saya jual mas, 8 juta dolar. Kalau mau dokumennya mas tinggal beli aja." "Mahal amaaat." "Ya terserah, kalau gak mau bayar ya udah. 2) Bayar ransomware-nya, 8 juta dolar, lalu berharap malingnya beneran ngasih kunci. 3) Bayar ransomware-nya, 8 juta dolar, tapi malingnya gak bertanggung jawab. Jadi dokumennya udah hilang, masih nambah hilang 8 juta dolar. Namanya juga maling. 4) Restore dari backup dokumen. Gak punya backup? "Salah sendiri gak ada backup."

Stablecoin net flows on exchanges continue to bleed out and have decreased by more than $4.33B (12.5%) over the last month. Total aggregate stablecoin balance on exchanges is now at their lowest levels since February ($30.4B). This has particularly bad implications for tokens with large upcoming unlocks as well as new TGEs and airdrop programs. Act accordingly 😈 h/t @nansen_ai

@hildobby_ @DuneAnalytics Amazing @hildobby_ , this filter will be very useful. This is the data I found in 2022 during the LooksRare hype. The chart is quite funny. LooksRare has a high volume at 9 AM every day, and yes, it's due to wash trading. I made an open-source wash trading filter available for all to use on Dune v2 and managed to flag $30B of NFT wash trades - that's ~44% of volume traded 🤯 🧵

@0xKofi I still do not understand what Blobscriptions is. Even though you explained that it is a project to embed text/data into blobs, could you please give me an example of what a Blobscriptions token is and what it is used for?

When L2s submit blobs they pay both a normal gas fee and a separate blob fee for the transaction. In the first week of April, L2s spent $717k on blob fees Last week, L2s spent a total of $0.00004 on blob fees Why the huge drop?! In late March and early April, Blobscriptions activity pushed the blob base fee to crazy heights. Blobscriptions was a project where people embedded text and image data in blobs to create pseudo-tokens they could trade on the Ethscriptions market (none of these words are in the bible loool) Then, when people stopped making Blobscriptions, the blob fee market became cheap again. Right now, the blob base fee is 1 wei. This means one unit of blob gas costs $0.0000000005. For context, at the top of the Blobscriptions craze one unit of blob gas cost $67. (Credit to Archwizard @hildobby_ for the blob base fee chart below) Currently, not enough blobs are being submitted in each block to hit the blob "target," which would activate the blob fee market and lead to the blob base fee rising and falling with demand. (Credit to @hildobby_ again for the blob count chart. This guy is the 🐐) As more L2s go live and start posting blobs, I anticipate that the "target" will be hit more often, and blob fees will go up. That said, even when the fee market is active, it's still dramatically cheaper for L2s to submit their batched data to L1 as blobs than to use the calldata of a regular transaction. Since L2s began using blobs at the end of March, their total onchain costs have fallen from more than $40M per month to just $2M per month TLDR: EIP-4844 worked. Blobs have greatly decreased the onchain costs of running an L2.

11/ 🔮 Conclusion Base stands out in gross profits, signaling potential for sustainability. Backed by @coinbase , it uses cutting-edge zk-proof tech. Who'll lead the L2 space? Time will tell.
