Grateful for the countless hours from lawmakers and staff to strengthen this legislation. Big improvement from where we were in January on rewards, tokenization, DeFi, and CFTC authority. I'm proud we stood up for our customers in that moment, and the bill is better because of it. Looking forward to a bipartisan law that cements the US as the world's crypto capital. @MerlijnTrader @brian_armstrong Actually, it's quite funny I'd love for every bank in the world to be required to prove that the money people deposit into their savings accounts can be withdrawn all at once by everyone simultaneously. Because it's obvious that's not the case.

A wiecie, że Nawrocki i tak niedługo podpisze ustawę o krypto? I to dokładnie w takiej samej formie, którą wcześniej zawetował a dziś to weto utrzymał w sejmie? 😆 Już tłumaczę dlaczego dał się ograć Tuskowi i Czarzastemu jak małe dziecko. Po pierwsze: branża kryptowalut za chwilę sama go dociśnie i wymusi tę ustawę. Bez wdrożenia unijnego rozporządzenia MiCA – które wprowadza licencje dla firm krypto, weryfikację klientów i zasady jak w bankach – polskie podmioty za chwilę staną się nielegalne. Biznes padnie, licencje i usługi zaczną znikać z rynku. Najpóźniej do 1 lipca 2026 r. podmioty oferujące usługi krypto muszą mieć licencje/zezwolenia zgodne z MiCA albo zakończyć działalność. Przecież to za pół roku 🤣 Więc Nawrocki wcześniej czy później będzie musiał podpisać tę samą ustawę, bo Tusk nie będzie z nim niczego negocjować, skoro nie ma takiej potrzeby, wszystkie projekty autorstwa jego, czy konfederacji nawet nie wylądują na komisjach 😆 Po drugie: każda ewentualna afera krypto stanie się jego winą. Jeśli wybuchnie Amber Gold 2.0, lub SKOK Wołomin na krypto, jeśli ludzie stracą oszczędności, jeśli wyjdą na jaw przekręty albo finansowanie szemranych akcji przez ruskich – zawsze będzie można powiedzieć: „Był projekt regulacji, można było ograniczyć syf, ale prezydent to zawetował”. Spodziewajcie się szczegółowych informacji na temat finansowania kolejnych akcji dywersyjnych ruskich agentów. Wynagrodzenia będą w krypto 😂 I będzie tak samo jak z klaskaniem Trumpowi w sejmie. Powiedzieć, że weto prezydenta w sprawie kryptowalut jest dwuznaczne, to nic nie powiedzieć. W tle wielkie pieniądze, afery i śledztwa, tajemnicze zaginięcie „króla kryptowalut”, wspieranie kampanii radykalnej prawicy z udziałem prezydentów Dudy i Nawrockiego. Źle to wygląda.
