I have been now working with the best models of all different providers. I am a system architect with now more than 2 decades of experience and I see these incredible models struggle with the system architecture. Yes, build websites and apps... but as soon as you start going to a large-scale system... then it's a mess. This tells me that there is some time until these models will really be able to compete on large scale architectures. I get the agentic architecture (as I am also building one) to do decomposition... but I see some serious issues in reconciling large projects for context size reasons. Nothing that a RAG can help fix for now. Let's say 2-3 more years to get there.
