In AI, there is what we called as the "Explainability Matrix" - Different audiences requires different answers.
Who are the audiences and what they need to know? (see below)

The four main stages of the AI modeling process are:
1. Training (or fitting): During this stage, the model is given access to a dataset where both the input and target variables are known. The model learns the relationships between these variables and adjusts its internal parameters to minimize the error (or difference) between its predictions and the actual known values.
2. Prediction (or inference): Once the model is trained, it can be fed new input data without being shown the target variable. The model is then asked to predict the outcomes based on what it learned during training.
3. Validation: In this stage, the model's predictions are compared against a separate "validation set" of data that it did not see during the training phase. This helps determine how well the model will perform in real-world scenarios and ensures that it hasn't simply memorized the training data, a problem known as overfitting.
4. Deployment: The final stage is integrating the trained model into a production environment. Once deployed, the model can start taking in real-world data and producing active predictions or inferences.

Some may ask “How are AI Models created for its specific use case?”
There are actually 4 steps in doing so (see below)

In the context of the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict and Iran's closure of the Strait of Hormuz—which has disrupted global oil flows and maritime security—Israel frames the strike on IRGC Navy commander Alireza Tangsiri as legitimate self-defense targeting a military leader with direct responsibility for those actions.
Iran has not confirmed the death but would view it as an act of aggression violating sovereignty. Such targeted operations are standard in high-intensity asymmetric wars but carry escalation risks. Legality hinges on interpretations of self-defense under international law, with both sides claiming justification based on prior threats and attacks.
