I find it weird that I can't donate to parts of govt that I like. Like I get that it should be controlled democratically, but it's really the actions the govt takes that should be controlled, not budget itself? Couldn't each bit have a like "ceiling budget" that's the hypothetical max that a part could absorb without distorting its mission, and we can donate up to that max?

Our repeated inquiries are not driven by doubt in the mission itself, but by a basic principle of responsibility and trust. Our community spans over 100 countries with more than 2,000 members, who came together in a short period of time in response to a shared call. Every contribution represents not just a number, but real trust, expectation, and action. As the total contributions grow and on-chain data continues to show fund movements without communication, this imbalance is gradually eroding confidence within the community. Transparency is not an additional request — it is the foundation of any initiative involving public donations. Communication is not a burden — it is the most direct way to sustain trust. We understand that large organizations may face complex processes and delayed responses. We also recognize that coordinating resources on a global scale is not easy. However, precisely for this reason, even the simplest acknowledgment or basic clarification would make a meaningful difference. That should scare people more than it does. A huge part of DeFi still runs on ancient Solidity codes written before this level of automated auditing even existed. There’s still ~$73B locked in DeFi, and a lot of protocols are just forks of the same parent contracts. One vulnerable base contract can cascade across dozens of forks. The problem isn’t that AI magically creates new bugs. The problem is that it massively lowers the skill barrier to finding and weaponizing old ones. Not sure this is the safest era to park serious capital in DeFi.
