Team, quick important update as many of you asked for one, will keep it short and simple. TIME TO TAKE SOME PROFIT AND STRAP IN FOR A CORRECTION I don’t want to burst your party bubble here but it’s time to be extremely careful and go on the defensive here, in the short term, I would strongly encourage you to take profit and protect your gains. The market is extremely overstretched and overheated, I expect a strong market correction here, greed levels are running too hot, over zealous targets are running too hot, overly bullish outlooks are running too hot. Derivative markets have broken all-time high levels, the global open interest has literally doubled in two months to well over $85B, meaning, there is $85B in unsettled speculative derivative contracts!!! In the past, when we’ve hit these levels, we’ve had bloody whiplash downturns which wipes out the leverage long traders and then as you feel the market has locally bottomed, it explodes upward and wipes out leverage short traders. My suggestion is to avoid using leverage at this time, simply because of how hyper volatile the market is. The majority of my metrics from the Blockcircle Market Scorecard with @CryptoxHunter have been hit, and many more will be hit on Monday, meaning the market is finally much healthier now for alts than the past two+ years I’ll walk through the quick points now with supporting evidence First, I like to track the Perpetual Futures and Options Derivative markets daily, because it’s an excellent indicator as to what institutions are speculating on. As you can, record breaking levels, every single time we’ve broken prior ATH open interest levels (contracts which have not been settled), we have a bloody drawdown, and it can last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, at minimum
