what I found most interesting from the official GPT-5.6 prompting guide: • don’t tell it every single step. just explain what you’re trying to get done and let it figure out the best way. • cut the unnecessary instructions. if removing something doesn’t change the result, it probably didn’t need to be there. • be clear about what “done” actually means before you expect an answer. • let it know what it can decide on its own and when it should check with you first. • only be strict when you really have to. otherwise, explain the reasoning instead of making rigid rules. • if a prompt suddenly stops working, tweak one thing at a time and see what changes. • examples are great, but only when they actually help show the kind of output you’re after. honestly, the biggest takeaway is that good prompts are usually simpler than people think. link: developers.openai.com/api/docs/guide…

lowkey useful tool for designers/creatives: PerfectVector you can throw in a PNG/JPG logo, icon, sketch or random client asset and get back an editable SVG without doing the painful “manually clean 10,000 nodes” ritual.
