Se felicitan entre ellos, se aplauden entre ellos y luego quieren convencer al país de una popularidad que en las calles no existe. Porque fuera de esa burbuja de propaganda, el Ecuador real vive otra cosa: inseguridad desbordada, desempleo, hospitales colapsados y familias enteras sobreviviendo en medio de la incertidumbre. Pero el gobierno sigue actuando como si los aplausos armados en auditorios reemplazaran la legitimidad que pierde día a día en las calles. El problema ya no es solo la desconexión con la realidad; es la arrogancia de creer que un montaje mediático puede ocultar el fracaso de su gestión.
