Gemini 3.5 Flash is a really interesting release. It's super fast and surprisingly smart. It's also more expensive (3x more per token) and super token hungry. The result - it costs 2x more to run than Gemini 3.1 Pro on similar tasks. It's more expensive than GPT-5.5 Medium.

It's a very strange place to be working in tech. You can have your entire career about to disappear in front of you and yet you maintain a sense of calm. The truth is working in tech was never stable it always changed every couple of years. The only constant has change

AI is not currently good enough to cause me to lose my job but i expect ive got maybe a year to figure out how to move up several abstraction layers some of which may not even exist yet this is going to get weird because idk how people starting careers will even begin

Hey! This was a 2-part bug. First part is already in the latest release (update to get it). I just put up a PR for the second part. You can also /compact and restart your session as a workaround for now. This bug is happening in very long sessions that render >16k character styles in one session.

@thsottiaux I meant the post in a positive way, because I had been not using the desktop app thinking it was a separate thing. it's also alarming, because it means if I connect Codex to ChatGPT app, my phone has remote control of my entire computer (via your servers, which do too)

I spent close to $3,000 for a Macbook Pro so that I can try running local models. At least, that was my excuse. In reality, I am running...😅

So many conditions western medicine thinks of as "incurable" are fixable with dietary changes. I have seen people reverse eczema, psoriais, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, lupus, Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, esosinophilic esophagitis, mast cell activation syndrome, IBS and many other conditions simply by improving the quality of the foods they eat and being intentional with their diet.

Hey @MrBeast, video idea for you: let's fix your Crohn's disease with diet. Give me 60 days. I know it is possible have seen MANY people reverse IBD (UC & Crohn's) with an Animal-Based diet or something like it.
