This is closer to managing a team than writing code. Feedback loop is minutes instead of days. And nobody asks for a 1:1 to talk about their career growth. Yet.

My role: define the vision, review the output, and in between walk around carrying a clipboard while frowning. When agents merge to main, Vercel deploys automatically. I set up the pipeline. They ship through it.

The "oh, shit" moment building ClawesomeSingles wasn't using an AI agent. It was letting an AI agent orchestrate 20 AI agents simultaneously.

Most L2s treat sequencer revenue as profit. We treat it as working capital. Net sequencer fees get recycled into chain-owned liquidity. That means when mercenary capital leaves (and it always leaves), there's a permanent base layer of liquidity that doesn't walk out the door with it. It's the difference between renting liquidity and owning it.

I've been building out an AI component for @katana while a skills list is cool. I've leaned to both skills and MCP launch. The MCP can leverage tools I've built to save on major token usage. If I just deployed a skills list, each user would blow tons of tokens for the same thing. Also working on CLI options as well.
