THORSwap is back online! Please resume your regularly scheduled swapping of over 5,500 assets across 10 blockchains, right from your own self-custody wallet.
What's changed? Other than the shiny new terms of service, users won't notice a thing. Behind the scenes, we've partnered with an industry leader to put some extra guardrails in place to help prevent the flow of illicit funds.

Such activities have no place on the THORSwap platform, and THORSwap stands firmly against any and all criminal actions. Yesterday, following a careful evaluation of the situation and consultation with advisors, legal counsel, and law enforcement, the decision was made to temporarily transition the THORSwap interface into maintenance mode. This action was taken to swiftly curtail any further potential illicit activity. THORSwap will remain in this mode until a more permanent and robust solution can be implemented to ensure the platform's continued security and integrity. THORSwap is here for the long run. Our contributors work tirelessly every day to bring you the best cross-chain DEX and developer tools possible, and these actions will help ensure they can do so long into the future. There are no specifics or further details to share at this time, but rest assured that contributors are doing everything in our power to get things back up and running as soon as possible. The APY for staking $THOR is swinging wildly from day to day. What about increasing the number of days you are looking at when calculating the APY @THORSwap @ChadThoreau ?

((vTHORBlockReward + buybackThor) / tvl) * 100
Where:
- vTHORBlockReward = the block reward that we get from the smart contract * the number of blocks per year.
- buybackThor = the 7 days average of the buybackThor
- tvl = THOR staked
