We don't know all the implications of $UST failure just yet. I bet many centralized lending platforms held a substantial portion of their AUM in Anchor. If so, hopefully, there will be capital available to bail them out.

From a user standpoint, it's a different product, don't you think?

Tradfi products generate yield as well and arguably are more liquid. At least you can unwind them at some cost compared to DOVs which force you to wait until the end of an epoch

As someone who's traded a structured fixed income book for several years some thoughts on the tradfi+crypto structured products space and a question I've been pondering for a while: Who are these products catered towards?

DOV positions are both liquid and yield-generating which makes them more similar to other crypto primitives (e.g. LP) than Tradfi structured products. That changes the TAM completely.
