Well, I did warn that Zcash ($ZEC) was developed from technology originating at Tel Aviv University, involved a venture-funded private company that charged a 15% founders’ tax on mining, had prominent Zionist investors such as Barry Silbert, and relied on assurances from Zionists such as Peter Todd that the keys had been destroyed. Based on those factors, I viewed it as a questionable Mossad honeypot. You can search my history for warnings about this one.

The way to understand the ZCash bug is it’s not infinite mint of ZEC itself. It’s more like the shielded pool (Orchard) could become insolvent. Think of it more like the KelpDAO hack for ETH. Very little reason not to proactively unshield any ZEC today. Being early to the exit is always better in a bank run. Consider Orchard burned, and don’t re-shield until there’s a new pool with a clean history

Epic Games has asked the U.S. Supreme Court not to hear Apple’s appeal in their ongoing App Store legal battle. The fight started because Epic, the company behind Fortnite, says Apple has too much control over how apps make money on iPhones. A judge previously told Apple it had to let app developers point users to other payment methods outside the App Store. Apple made some changes but still charged fees on many of those outside purchases. Epic argued that Apple was technically following the order while keeping the same business model. The judge agreed and said Apple had violated the court’s order. Now Apple wants the Supreme Court to review that decision. Epic’s response is basically: “Enough already. Apple lost. Stop dragging this out.”

AI doesn’t give you talent. What it gives you is material. The real skill comes from knowing how to edit, structure, and shape that material into something compelling. That takes years of experience, along with a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling. With all the footage I had available for my Mad Max video, not everyone would have been able to cut together a trailer that truly grabs people’s attention.
