Looked at the Midjourney website for example images. They don’t have much. For some reason they flipped the view horizontally. Conventionally, the liver is oriented on the other side on the images. There’s no reason to reconstruct the backwards, so that suggests they didn’t have an imaging professional on the team. I can’t see squat on this sample image. Which is presumably of an ideal thin patient. No way I catch say a subcentimeter pancreatic neoplasm. Their side by side comparison compares their scan to the first MRI image from 1976. And the MRI image is better! These images are from their website so presumably it’s their best stuff. Their ad says they’re going to take over medical imaging, but their tech produces images worse than the first ever MRI scanner from 50 years ago and is constrained from further improvement by the laws of physics. I stand by my original assessment.
