It’s been just 13 months driving my @volkswagenindia Virtus and the clutch plate is already gone. This seems like a manufacturing defect and I should get a manufacturing claim. Honestly, a very bad experience with a German car. Disappointed.
@jassneetsingha@volkswagenindia@SkodaIndia Totally agree. The build feels solid but the interior quality and rattles really let the car down. With India 2.0 it does feel like Skoda/VW compromised on fit and finish and the after sales response hasn’t helped either.

All Skoda does this pick this line up from here, calls me, transfer to dealer who say he will help but there is nothing that we can do.
With their India 2.0 both Skoda and VW seemed to have compromised a lot on quality.
May be their build is solid but the interior done up is poor.
