转眼从大厂离职创业做 @JELabs2024 快两年了，反思总结下领悟到的做业务的核心逻辑：
1/ 选择流动性好的市场，并持续挖掘套利机会
2/ 锁定大方向后，迅速找到MVP，找基于能力和资源最容易实现、最容易有现金流的业务
3/ 早期业务要聚焦，发力要集中，定位要清晰
4/ 创造阶段性的正反馈，小步快跑，迅速迭代，不要一心憋大招
5/ 评估风险收益比，抓住大机会很重要，稳稳的幸福也重要
6/ 理解周期、拥抱周期，顺势而为。不论牛熊，心态和动作都尽可能保持相对平稳的状态
7/ 二八法则，80%的收益往往来自20%的客户，抓住关键客户和资源
8/ Day1就要琢磨业务如何SOP化，组织自运转高效，founder才更能从具体的事中抽离出来去为下一步做准备

a collectible card guru shared a very romantic view on card collecting:

TLDR: Ciggatro will become the first human-agent co-created collectible card game and it will be available to collectors in ways that i'll announce later i was kindly suggested by a close friend that i should seriously consider creating this as a offline collectible card game, and the friend is more than willing to provide the logistics support but obviously doesn't seem that people would play balatro offline so i would probably think of another genre (i promised my friend that i'll work on it over the weekend) once a more feasible card game is applied, i'll plan things out (including the game balance), and we will work hard to make this collection live together we both think that this is something really nostalgic and people would love to own in this agentic digital era (i'll posting this publicly so that i cannot just simply slack on it and let it slip)

Building a company is hard, starting a company from scratch even harder.
Today reached out to a few influencers to seek for help, given no brand someone dropped the line directly, but still got a few new influencers by end of the day who resonate with my company values.
