By now Everyone knows THE @circle are launching a layer1 @arc which is currently in the public testnet phase i read their blog (arc.network/blog) and from their blog you can easily make some deductions(check images) > There's going to be some kind of governance token(probably $arc) > They want broad participant to partake in the governance( see list below) > gas on mainnet is going to be same as testnet ->usdc > so most likely no TGE on mainnet launch (usdc is already live with tokens available on all chains) I personally wont be actively clicking it but as usual ill try and interact with dapps on testnet i like The one i'm currently interacting with right now is ArcFlow Finance @ArcFlowFinance , only task right now is to mint 2 nfts one that is straightforward and one that involves completing a social campaign to mint One other thing ill be doing more frequently now is use protocols that integrate CCTP like @superbridge to send usdc cross chain(select cctp fast or just cctp as this might be considered when potentially distributing governance tokens

@PredMTrader How do you gain an edge in these niches, do you have accounts you follow for news/ fast updates on specific niches or have you made an earlier thread talking about finding an edge / getting started in different niches

I am once again highly advising you to pick a niche instead of spreading thin Here are my most recommended niches on Kalshi 1. AI Model Rankings (LMArena, Livebench) - I can personally attest to how mispriced these markets get because of people misunderstanding how the leaderboards work, or just overhyping a new model release (see GPT 5.2 or Opus 4.5). 2. Mentions - Self Explanatory since this is most of my content and trading. Although I will say mentions are becoming sharper every day, still a ton of opportunity tho. 3. Music - This one I begrudgingly will still keep on the list although I personally have been avoiding these more and more - I definitely don’t have an edge here. I do want to focus on music a lot more in the new year. What is NOT on this list: 1. Sports - Obviously sports is very fun if you’re a fan, but it’s very difficult to be profitable unless you’re employing specific angles/strategies (ie. Arbing, market making, spotting inefficient lines compared to books, etc). This is outside my wheelhouse although I want to look here more in 2026. 2. Crypto Hourlies/15 mins - This can be highly profitable if you are a market maker, I question the ability to find a long term edge here as a taker but maybe someone will surprise me. Politics is only not on this list because I don’t know enough about it and I feel like the barrier of entry is extremely high for me to ever build an edge.

Had a lot of conviction in monad pre mainnet launch (I still think the tech is insanely good) but it's time to cut my losses and move on to more things I'd still regullarly interact onchain with dapps I like but I'd move on to talking about more things crypto and other projects I like as well as try to increase my social footprint and make more crypto friends Onto the next
