I tweaked the oscillatory quaternion dynamics within the non-Newtonian jello-core. It’s now approximately 142% more wobbly.

@zetwinz im plugging a heightmap of the bubbles into the height ratio input of the "BumpOffset" node in unreal engine, while keeping the bump offset height to -1. Typically youd put a float in the height ratio input and a height map in the actual height input, so I'm reversing that here
