@uteavs21 @SBJ Well hopefully they all do, they are non profit institutions. I think it’s more a question of how large the deficit should be and if flying a fencing team across the country is a good use of funds. Basically just separate football.

@Tony_Denaro Yes I can still Find it on fidelity but these are secondary sources. The finra trace data should be primary. Basically I am just monitoring it, if trades show up today on secondary sources than it’s a nothing burger

@MichaelTLoPiano @GMEToTheMoon007 Yeah I am on the lookout, to Get the second one I had to call the bond desk at fidelity. They told me Bloomberg terminal announced the 2032 delengending cusip on June 11th so it there’s is a third they should have it.

Now that the 8k dropped with the voting totals, @TheRoaringKitty can cross the 5% threshold and demand the $ebay acquisition terminated. If the board tries to drop a tender offer on his head, he can sue the board as an injured shareholder in the Pontiac lawsuit and claim the proposal 5 vote was manipulated by coding it as “routine”, the tender offer proves its not. Bond Cusips- you can search by Cusip or by gamestop itself. finra.org/finra-data/fix… If you search by gamestop, all bonds including old ones come up except the new delengend 2032 bond

@101mob Yup. Seems to be a coordinated personal thing by either some large shareholders or institutions. There's no way that many retail investors are specifically voting no for him.

Very disappointing and odd to see Alain get so many votes against, compared to the other directors. If you don't know a lot about the guy, abstain, sure - but to vote against is very odd behaviour, especially when the others got so many votes for. Alain owns more GameStop stock than the other directors, apart from Ryan. Him and RC are also the only ones that work consistently for and with the company, busting their asses. Alain, you were a STRONG YES for me. I respect and appreciate the work you do for our company. Thank you. 🫡🙏

What causes a ticker like $EBAY to trade a very high percentage of its daily volume every single day on the closing auction? Is it because of all the derivative products that reference it are hedged at the close auction? All the insider sells done somehow through close auction? Some other mechanic? This is like 30% of daily volume every single day on close.

Proposal 5 would not have passed without being coded as “routine” (it wasn’t based on the evidence outlined in 22 of the recent 425s) and switching the rules mid-game from votes “outstanding” to votes “cast”. Go ahead prove me wrong. 8k will show the math. $gme
