I'm on the phone with Amazon Seller Support and this is the first time I called through Account Health Assurance and it's also the first time I got a US rep. Safe to say I will never be calling Amazon with another method besides Account Health Assurance.

@jason_fba I just got my account reactivated from a related account and now I can not sell some adidas listing but can sell on other ones. Never got an email or anything. Is this how it is for others

Just got an email that initially seems like it’s bad. But, sellers who got their restrictions reversed last week received this exact email right two days before they got reversed. Idk if this is good or bad, but at least it’s something I guess?!?

@jason_fba I am deactivated for the past 2 months for a related account from another country which I do not see how I can be related to. Amazon is great for some people and it is a horror story for others. I will be out of business if I cannot get the account back soon.

Watching your hard work from the past 2 years crumble to zero is a sour feeling. But, I won’t give up. Everything happens for a reason and I will make a comeback one way or another.

@AmazonASGTG My account got deactivated for a related account in Brazil. The email came from amazon.br I am located in the US and do not know anyone in Brazil. When I called amazon they said that it was from a 3rd party that I gave user permissions to. Help

@10thinningK @AmazonASGTG I guess you could try contacting the 3rd party and ask them. If they say no you can use that as proof. I would also submit a snapshot of the user permissions

I know this will be an unpopular post my issue with Amazon is not so much the suspension rather it's the non-support to fix the issue. Health support are not bad people but they are limited in the information they have to help you. Plus they are very unintuitive @AmazonASGTG
