Any of them could theoretically call a relative to place illegal shorts (insider trading + potential classified leak violations), but the circle is monitored enough that big suspicious trades get CFTC scrutiny.

It’s a well thought out and conservative decision I think. I do believe silver could track more toward $200 and have cast my bets in a few speculative silver miners. But I also have a good size position in HL. I sold my stake in NEM and back in late January and added to my HL bag recently. I’d assume a 2-2.5x in HL from peak Iran fear conservatively. If ag pushes past $150 it’s likely a 3-4x.

The reason the silver price shot up was the realization that there is a true silver shortage. I was caught up in the euphoria that people such as Michael Oliver was possibly correct and silver would be $200 this summer. I don't think we will see $200 silver this year. I still think silver is going higher and the silver miners will do better than the gold miners in the rest of this year. I've sold some NEM to buy HL. Now it's just a matter of waiting.
