@HealthDptDegen @GuruAnaerobic that’s not what he’s saying. chill out brother

@GuruAnaerobic So what? You’re judging people who hit PRs in their 50s?
English

If you're posting PBs at the age of 50, it's because you didn't optimize that particular metric when you were 25.
I can't think of any physical quality that can be better at 50 than when you were younger. It's great to be fitter or stronger in old age than you were when you were younger, but you are still systemically older. You're improving within reduced bandwidth.

What is your opinion on runners at a race who cheer for everyone? On course, "way to go", "keep it up", "good job"? Helpful, or not so much?

Old nearly blind guy. Cant speak a word of English.
A quarter of my paycheck gets taken from me so he can be brought to my country and have all his stuff paid for forever.
Pretty wild.

MS NOW: There is growing outrage today over the death of a blind father who was dropped off by Border Patrol agents miles away from home and in the cold. Nurul Amin Shah Alam was a Burmese refugee. His attorney says he was not only nearly blind, but spoke virtually no English. He had been reported missing by his family and then found dead a few miles away from where he'd been released after a five-day search. His family said no one ever notified them he had been dropped off.

My approach to immigration is very simple. Legal? Good. Illegal? Bad.
