@AaronKCFan @CardPurchaser Not controversial, just not logical.
Supply and demand. The group of investors that own a company is irrelevant.
English

@CardPurchaser maybe this is a controversial hobby take, but if the same parent company owns PSA, SGC and BGS, there should be no difference in the resell value of their slabs on a like-for-like grade basis.

@13enz8 @mounties777 @CardPurchaser I’m just sharing what I saw. I’m not saying I’ll ask that much but that’s all I have to go by. Bridges doesn’t have any other 1/1 I can find.
English

On different players. Thats key. If you want a real comp you have to look at 1/1 comps of that same player or a player comparable.
Optic is typically more popular/desired than select, in my opinion atleast, so I would assume the select will be lower than the optic. Especially being the optic sale was his base and the select you have is an insert.
Do expect anything more than 200$ more than likely.
Out of curiosity, who were the players for the 2 comps you saw?

@BiggzyRips How long does it take for cards to be graded by PSA? Need someone to explain that whole process to me because I am a noob
English

@jordancbirch @mounties777 @CardPurchaser Where did you get those comps? His Optic 1/1 auto went for less than 200$
English

@mounties777 @CardPurchaser Only two comps on eBay but they’re graded. $1500 & $3995. Not sure what I’ll ask yet
English

@SpikeEskin I heard his name often , to have built what he did is a great accomplishment

David has been a very key figure in my career, as he has both hired and promoted me like 10 different times (including to PD of WIP).
He has been an incredible influence on me and my career. I will miss him, and our stations will miss him. Happy for him radioink.com/2026/03/23/aud…

@mvphobbyclub @baseball_cards Don’t listen to mvp. He told someone to grade their Phoenix Sticker auto 😂 🤡
English

@baseball_cards Buying Topps now to flip is a horrible advice haha

What's up with the New York Yankees fans? There's a 30% chance you end up with a /150 or lower Aaron Judge, Ben Rice or Cam Schlitter. And this isn't sold out yet? And did you know: If anyone on the team does something big (15K, 3HR, a few other things) you get a bonus card as well! Be sure to pick the "Guaranteed number parallel" one as another is $10 cheaper but is unlimited. This is one of Topps best products. And those bonus cards can sell for decent dough if you're into that sort of thing. Boston Red Sox 1,510 print run, Los Angeles Dodgers (5,390 PR), Chicago White Sox (570 PR), Toronto Blue Jays (570 PR), and Pittsburgh Pirates (760) are sold out. The Yanks PR is 3,400. I cannot believe there aren't 3,400 Yankees fans or prospectors that buy baseball cards!

That’s why I said if it’s PC grade away. Otherwise what other reason are you grading it for? If it’s profit, don’t waste your time because you have a long shot of 10’ing it. Anything other than a 10 with a card like this is a break even at best.
Kinda weird how people take this as some kind of attack on the guy 😂 it wasn’t even worded in a aggressive or insulting way lol people are so quick to virtue signal lol
English

@13enz8 @FRVNK_C @CardPurchaser Never said it did. But who cares what others choose to grade 😂 to each their own
English

Does the auto centering on the sticker count towards the centering of the card when determining grade? @CardPurchaser

English

@FRVNK_C @RYJ0Resells @ParkedCards @1pyros @CardPurchaser Feel free to point out the part that I insult you, your card or how you collect?
English

@FRVNK_C @ParkedCards @RYJ0Resells @1pyros @CardPurchaser This was my response to your PUBLIC post. And you retort with “ignore internet idiots”. You see like a completely logical and reasonable person 🤦♂️ lol

English

@ParkedCards @FRVNK_C again, reading is hard I get it, but I never said it wasn’t profitable. And as a matter of fact, I said if it’s PC, grade that thing all day. What I said is, it’s not PROBABLE. You have a 35-40% chance to 10 your card with PSA. Some of yall struggle with reading comprehension.
Now if you go into with a mindset of a PSA 9, you’re Atleast setting realistic expectations and minimize your risk to exposure of financial losses. But don’t grade expecting 10s. Y’all jump to conclusions like I’m insulting your collecting and I’m not. Just trying to give some advice. If you’re not mature enough to handle that, don’t post on a public forum.
I get a lot of you kids new to the hobby love the thrill of a chance. Hence why you love throwing your money away ripping wax. And grading every low end retail you get of a rookie name, but You will learn real fast, 2 things:
Singles are a better investment (unless your buying specific wax and holding - This applies more to high end wax and super popular sets/draft classes)
And grading is a manipulated money pit that if done irresponsibly, will end up wiping you out (if you’re grading for profit). Few are successful at it because it’s a purely objective thing. Use logic and common sense here fellas.
Don’t believe me? You’ll learn the hard way.
English

@13enz8 @RYJ0Resells @1pyros @FRVNK_C @CardPurchaser Lmao what😂🤔 I’m no pro but PSA 10 rookie autos of the right players are generally sought after. Obviously it’s hard to make money on a 9 but that’s not the goal.

English

@RYJ0Resells @FRVNK_C @ParkedCards @1pyros @CardPurchaser Here you go scholar. Good luck with your submission 😂

English

@13enz8 @FRVNK_C @ParkedCards @1pyros @CardPurchaser You're responding with nothing but emotions here friend.
Very clear you got done dirty by PSA prior and are still very upset by it. It'll be okay.
English

@RYJ0Resells @FRVNK_C @ParkedCards @1pyros @CardPurchaser Everything I said is a fact or basic common knowledge of grading in 2026 Chief. Feel free to point out my emotion or actually provide substance to this debate. Instead you argue hopes of a PSA 10 lol.
What’s obvious is you clearly don’t grade often.
