SpaceX in freefall right now. You'd think it would be in zero G as a minimum... Everyone who invested in it has currently lost 0.72c for every share they bought. Fascinating to see how this goes. Is Elon still a trillionaire?

If you wanted to rent a two-bed here - maybe you want a child? - at the historical affordability standard of 30% of income, you’d need to BOTH earn 150k. That’s why these flats aren’t selling or getting rented. That’s why young adults have stopped having children. The whole thing is a farce, that will soon destroy London. Only cheap land will solve this problem.
