And more importantly: there's tons of data about how young men feel like there's no opportunity for them. Leads to despondency and a lack of participation in society. Isolation. Drug use. Depression. Etc. Then they get hit with all this AI Doomerism telling them it's over and they're cooked and there's no point in trying. The point of my post is "hey don't fall for the psyop, there's tons of opportunity." The point of his post is basically "er em actually the pay could be better." He can have whatever opinion he wants but it's basically meaningless commentary from someone who, I would be willing to bet, hasn't created literally thousands of good paying jobs for people over the past 15 years (unlike me). So, for these reasons, I find it both retarded and annoying.

I want an army of super cracked, 20-something-autists to help me solve agentic marketing. Full funnel generation. Media buying. Ad asset creation. Asset deployment. Analytics. Business intelligence. You’ve gotta be open to relocating to South Florida. Not right away, but within a few months. SoFla but not Miami - because I can’t lose you to the world of rented Brickell Penthouses, OF Girls, and Colombian bam bam powder. We can do Fort Lauderdale. Or Boca. Or Hollywood Beach. Or some other compromise tho. Those places are all like a 35-60 minute drive from MIA so you can still do dumb stuff on the weekends if you want. Why do I want an army of super-autists though? Full-stack marketing is getting solved in 2026 (at least when it comes to DTC). I’m going to be one of the people who solves it. Others will too, and that’s fine. I still like my prospects, and here's the kind of arrogant self-hyping-section about why that is: I’m one of the best DTC Marketers in the world. I have a mastermind with 80+ DTC businesses collectively doing $1BN+ in revenue each year. Over the years I have worked with 400+ of those DTC business owners who collectively in that time have done tens of billions of dollars. This is in addition to my incredible deep network of still more DTC Biz Owners. I also have a decade of proprietary data that most people don’t have. An insane amount, actually. I also have money and am not a brokey. And if we ever needed even more money, I have the ability to raise millions of dollars in a few phone calls thanks to the above relationships. And I’m already working on solving this, I know what it looks like, and I know how to productize it in a myriad of ways. As a long-time friend of mine (who was the original COO of Athletic Greens) once said: “I have never met someone as good at making money as you.” It’s true. Oh, and I’m already taking steps to solve it with the first guy I hired (who is a rock star). He’s 23 years old and I’m paying him $12k per month to start. Already talking about all the ways he can advance and be a partner in the things I’m building. Hired him a few weeks ago. We’ve shipped multiple things to our mastermind members already. He’s a killer, but to move as fast as is necessary, need more than one guy. So if you’re young and smart and hungry and you build dope things with AI, HMU.
