Everyone should unequivocally condemn the government-imposed racial discrimination Obama is pushing!
Obama makes three errors in one post, all of them philosophical.
First, the United States is a constitutional republic, not a democracy. The purpose of the Constitution is to protect individual rights from the majority, not to ensure "equal participation in our democracy." The Founders designed the system specifically to prevent what Obama is demanding: unlimited majority rule.
Second, "protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach" sounds correct until you examine the premise. Rights belong to individuals, not groups. The moment you define rights by racial group membership, you have adopted the same collectivist framework that produced the discrimination you claim to oppose. Jim Crow categorized people by race and assigned rights accordingly. Modern voting rights activism does the same thing with different beneficiaries. Both are collectivism.
Third, gerrymandering is a problem created entirely by the system Obama wants to preserve: a political structure where the drawing of district lines determines outcomes. His solution is not to fix the structure. It is to ensure his side draws the lines.
The government must treat every citizen equally before the law. Everyone should reject Obama's framing entirely. He is not defending individual rights.
He is defending group power, while using the language of rights to make collectivism sound like liberty.

Today’s Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities - so long as they do it under the guise of “partisanship” rather than explicit “racial bias.” And it serves as just one more example of how a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach. The good news is that such setbacks can be overcome. But that will only happen if citizens across the country who cherish our democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers - not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level.

I'm a black Republican who currently represents a majority-white district in the Ohio State House and is running to represent a majority-white district in Congress.
The idea that black Americans need special districts carved out just for them is complete nonsense. It's a violation of the law and blatantly unconstitutional.
Glad the Supreme Court made the right decision.

Many of the left-wing journalists that attended the WHCD have spent years consistently calling President Trump a “Nazi”, a “threat to democracy”, and “Hitler”, yet they still joyfully attended the evening’s event….
If they truly believed their own rhetoric, they’re either joyfully willing to have dinner with “Hitler” or they’re lying to radicalize American citizens with narratives they know are grossly exaggerated.
Either way, it exposes their game of ultimate hypocrisy: manufacture the hate and then profit off the results; even if it costs someone their life.

Federal Court Orders U.S. Prisons to PERMANENTLY DESTROY All Uncovered Hijab-Free Booking Photos, Forcing America to BOW DOWN and SURRENDER to Islamic Demands

CAIR just scored its biggest lawfare win yet - a federal court in Minnesota has ORDERED the Federal Bureau of Prisons to wipe out EVERY remaining uncovered booking photo of Somali Muslim terrorist Muna Jama.
No more hijab-free ID photos allowed. All copies must be PERMANENTLY destroyed from databases and records.
Muna Jama was found guilty of conspiracy to provide material support to the Islamic terrorist group al-Shabaab. She and a co-conspirator ran an online network raising and funneling money directly to the terror group for military operations, safehouses, and jihadist activities.
She was sentenced in March 2017 to 12 years and 11 months in federal prison.
CAIR bragged about it: “The unlawful images have been replaced.”
Translation: America must now bend the knee to Sharia in our own federal prisons. Everyone can thank U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Bryan, a Biden appointee to the federal court in Minnesota.
Hey Judge Bryan Standard booking photos aren’t “Islamophobic.” They exist to IDENTIFY inmates, stop escapes, protect officers, and keep the public safe.
But CAIR or this Left-Wing Biden Judge does not care about safety or equal justice. They care about forcing Islamic rules on the rest of us.
This is the EXACT pattern we have been exposing for years:
✅ Break the law
✅ Refuse standard jail protocol
✅ Cry “Islamophobia” and “trauma”
✅ Let CAIR sue
✅ Force taxpayer-funded settlements

I’m beyond sick of it. I’m even more sick that black folks happily vote for them and their racism.
Not a single black person should have voted for Hillary. She unrepentantly called black men “super predators.” Or when she said Margaret Sanger was her hero; the same Margaret Sanger who was a known eugenicist and racist.
Not a single black person should have voted for Biden after he said “you ain’t black” if you’re not voting for him. Or when he said we don’t know how to use the internet. Or when he said Obama was the first clean cut black guy he’d seen. You know… his entire history of being low-key/out loud racist.
Not a single black person should vote for Kathy Hochul after she said black kids in the Bronx don’t know the word “computer.” Or when she told black folks not to spend their stimulus check at the liquor store.
Not a single black person should vote for any Democrat, since they all think we’re too stupid to figure out where the DMV is. Or being told there’s no money to clean up their neighborhoods, but have endless money for illegals.
But no… black folks happily turn out to vote Democrat. Then they wonder why there in the predicament they’re in.
So yeah… I’m pretty sick and tired of it all.
